FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN THE US
- Most orders are shipped and delivered within 5-7 business days after being processed.
- Orders processing outside the US usually take 8-25 business days to deliver.
- The processing time for orders coming from the US is 1-2 business days. Otherwise, it might take 3-5 business days.
You will receive updates regarding your order by phone or email, depending on your preferences.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
TRACKING INFO AVAILABLE AS SOON AS THE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED.

RETURNS POLICY
Free returns on all qualified items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, personal care goods (such as beauty products), and gift cards. However, certain types of items may be exempt. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Qualified returns are accepted within 30 days after receiving the merchandise.
- Once your request is approved, we will generate a free return prepaid label and email it to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Print the label, attach it to the original package and return the item(s). Please, include your order number.
Note: Returning labels are good for only 30 days.
- Upon arrival, we will notify you and inspect your return. if approved
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method or proceed with the exchange.
Note: It might take up to 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
